My journey with this business began during my early days as a new mum when I realized the importance of prioritizing my own well-being. Parenthood had shifted my focus away from self-care, leading to imbalances in both my physical and emotional health.

My aim is to empower my clients to start looking after themselves by providing them with the tools and guidance they need to take charge of their own wellbeing. Through the use of Reiki, crystal healing, and vibrational sound therapy, I offer holistic approaches that address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
